Ideally, we would all love it if all our customers were clients for life, but not every product or service is one that needs to be bought on a continuous basis. Even if a customer doesn’t need your services again, or may not need it for years, the relationship can continue by soliciting and rewarding them for providing referrals of their friends and loved ones. Most customers appreciate the payment or freebies, and it gives them the feeling that they have something to offer their contacts.
